☼ Dawn of the First Day [Action/Voice]
May. 6th, 2012 05:53 am[Waking up in Luceti is one thing. There are so many things to notice; wings as purple as can be, familiar clothes bundled in a pile you never folded, the unfamiliar pages of a book you've never seen, and least of all the sounds and sights of a forest never before seen.
It's even harder to wake up in Luceti in the rain, so early in the morning that the sun has yet to rise completely. Each drop chills Anju's skin; it takes her a few moments to recognize that she's somehow not dead, that she needs to move to somewhere more dry. Without a second thought, she bundles the book in her clothes and slips on her shoes before quickly and carefully making her way towards the town.
She doesn't even know where to start. Tall buildings, taller than even the clock tower from home greet her as the sun starts to rise. Still hurrying, she ducks into the bakery to avoid the rain, hoping that no one is inside, or that...she doesn't really know what she's hoping for. Once inside, she can finally change her clothes and sits down to look over the book in her hands, try to calm herself.
The sun starts to rise, and the lights in the bakery are on, despite it's owner no longer being there. After reading and figuring parts of the journal out, Anju decides to try and speak to Luceti at large.]
A-ah...hello? Everyone can hear this, yes? [She chokes, coughing once and panicking slightly. She has to steel herself, though.] Where am I? [And then, hopefully, and in a much quieter voice:] Kafei? Are you here?
[ooc; This post is forward-dated to the 7th of May.]
